- We will ask you questions to determine who you are, what your current situation is, what you like, and what kind of house you want to build.
- 2.Open House/Model House
- We will provide you with information such as ARTHOME construction methods and the atmosphere of the house.
- 3.Looking for Land/Planning
- We will provide land and home proposals tailored to your ideal way of living based on interviews.
- 4.Estimate
- If you like the plan, we will provide you with an estimate. The payment method will also be determined at this time.
- 5.Contract
- Once you are satisfied with the plans and estimate, we will sign a contract and construction will begin!
- 6.Construction
- Japanese construction specialists will ensure the best possible construction process based on Japanese craftsmanship!
- 7.Completion
- The home is completed, which marks the beginning of a long relationship with us. Whenever you are in need, you can count on us. We provide follow-up services so that you can live in your home comfortably for a long time.
